About Me
Built by someone who actually fixes these problems for a living.
Story
My name is Stoyan, people call me Yan. I'm based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and I've spent the last several years working across telecommunications, fintech and customer experience — in roles ranging from Telecom Manager to Product Owner to, most recently, Customer Experience Specialist supporting Sky customers through ResultsCX. I speak Bulgarian, English, Russian and French, and I've worked with customers and businesses across Europe and beyond.
Before working with Sky, I spent years in fintech — managing payments, card operations and compliance at Wallex Lab, where I eventually moved into a Product Owner role, helping build digital financial tools from the ground up. Before that, I managed telecom infrastructure and field operations in Bulgaria. I've always been the person who sits at the intersection of technology and the real problems people face when using it. That's not a job title — it's just how I think.
After the hundredth conversation with a Sky customer who just wanted their Bang & Olufsen TV to work with their new box — and being told there was nothing I could officially do — I started researching the solutions myself. HDMI audio extractors. ARC adapters. Digital-to-analogue converters. Signal splitters. The fixes existed. They just weren't being presented to the people who needed them. That's what Computer House is here to change.
What Computer House Is
Computer House is a specialist shop focused on one thing: making modern TV and streaming services work beautifully with the equipment you already own and love. Whether you're on Sky Q, Sky Stream, BT TV, Virgin Media or EE TV — and whether your audio system is a classic Bang & Olufsen, Linn, Naim, Bose or anything in between — we stock the adapters, converters and accessories that make it all work together. I remember one customer who had a classic Bang & Olufsen BeoVision from 2009 He had in his home. Actually he had multiple, 3 or 4 screens - all vintage. The main one in the lounge he described as a home cinema. Other agent almost convinced him to buy a Glass TV and he was about to throw it away. We had conversations for almost a month. I got him the Sky Q box sent out with an install visit, I managed to schedule it on the same date as his personal electrician and I told him what he needs to get everything working. In the end, a €22 HDMI to SCART Video Converter fixed everything. Big shoutout to John. If you're dealing with a similar problem, reach out before you buy anything. I'd rather help you find the right solution than sell you the wrong product.
I serve customers across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Every product in our store has been selected because it solves a real problem — not because an algorithm suggested it. I am not a general electronics retailer. I am a 1 man team that genuinely understands the technical side of home AV, because I work in it every single day.
